Cancellation Policy:
I understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. I know unexpected situations arise, and I'll always do my best to accommodate scheduling changes.

Turn Around Time:
Your completed media will be delivered within 24 hours of your scheduled shoot unless otherwise discussed.
You'll receive an email containing a secure download link, which will remain active for 7 days.
If you need access after the link has expired, simply reach out and we'll be happy to assist.

All photographs, videos, floor plans, virtual tours, and other media created by PMT Creative Group are the
exclusive property of PMT Creative Group and are protected under United States and international copyright laws.

The purchase of real estate media grants the client a limited, non-transferable license to use the content solely
for marketing the listed property until it is sold, withdrawn, or the listing agreement expires.

This license is valid only for the life of the listing and may not be transferred, resold, or shared with third parties, including homeowners, builders, vendors, photographers, marketing companies, or other real estate agents,
without prior written permission from PMT Creative Group.
